About Coaching
In the workplace, we are constantly navigating power and privilege which can create barriers to achieving the outcomes we want in life and career. These dynamics establish patterns of behavior and belief that can limit us in times of transition and transformation. This is especially true for Black and brown professionals and those from marginalized identity intersections.
In coaching engagements, I provide a space to "unpack your bag." My coaching practice aims to draw out your beliefs, values, and capacity for change. Self-awareness and confidence developed through coaching can get you more closely aligned with the ways of working and being that are best for you and the future you imagine.

Empowerment Coaching
Designed to support BIPOC professionals looking to redefine relationships to loneliness and to power through life and career transitions. This 1:1 coaching program includes six 60-minute guided inquiry calls to support growth through larger, ongoing challenges (e.g. preparing for career transitions, processing performance feedback, creating conscious awareness around career baggage, establishing & maintaining boundaries, etc.).
All Empowerment Coaching packages include:
30-minute live intake to get clear on the challenge you want to address
Six 60-min live coaching sessions
30-minute live retention space (after the last session)
Customized reflection guides and affirmations
Inclusive Leadership Coaching
Designed for professionals looking to lead the next generation of diverse and engaged teams through increasing conscious choicefulness, cultural competency, curiosity, and collaboration. This 1:1 coaching program includes six 60-minute guided inquiry calls to support emergent challenges (e.g. identifying and interrupting biased behaviors or policies, cultivating curiosity and collaboration on diverse teams, developing a psychologically safe team culture, etc.).
All Inclusive Leadership packages include:
30-minute live intake to get clear on the challenge you want to address
Six 60-min live coaching sessions
30-minute live retention space (after the last session)
Customized reflection and work plan guides
Affirmation Hour
Focused coaching session offering affirmation and reflection around a specific, acute challenge (e.g. job interview preparation, performance reviews or promotions, navigating difficult conversations).

Confidentiality & Privacy
I am currently seeking certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I have completed 60 hours of ICF training. As a part of the ICF certification process, I am required to document coaching experience hours (including your name, the date of the session, and the length of the session). Only this information will be shared with ICF to verify coaching experience before final certification is awarded.
I will prioritize you through values of empathy, transparency, and safety in coaching engagements. Coaching engagements, including any information (documented or verbal) that the Coachee exchanges with the Coach as part of this relationship, are bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics.
